Race Review
The 2015 race turned out to have more great weather for a run in the foothills. There were fewer skinned knees this year but just as many leg cramps out on the course but everyone seemed to finish with a smile. The 5k winners keep getting younger with 13 year old Althea Crider winning the women's division overall while Eduardo Verdejo notched another men's overall win. Caleb Bozarth took the 20k overall win for the second year in a row as did Anna Frank. Congratulations to them and all who took on this tough course.
As always, we thank those who helped to make Toad's happen: CSUB Physical Education and Kinesiology (PEAK) students for handling registration and the finish area, South High ROTC for manning the water stations, and BTC members and board of directors for setting up.
We really appreciate the fine businesses that sponsor this event. Please support them as much as they support you. Find out who they are by using the sponsor links on the left.
Be sure to attend the upcoming winter events like the Fog Run, BTC Half Marathon, and the PEAK Club Valentine's Run. Find these and more at the BTC website.
