Bad news......
#1: It did not snow during the race. That would have been epic.
#2: Results cannot be posted at this time (12/7) as there has been an unexpected computer issue affecting the electronic timing system. It's not the "blue screen of death" but it's something that requires factory work or at least advice. That will not be available to us until Monday 12/9. We will send out an email to participants when we know more. In the mean time, if you recorded your time, please email it and we'll start an informal results list and publish it here. Good news.....
#1: It did rain during the race. That made for a slippery, muddy mess. Although not epic, several of you definitely have some stories to tell.
#2: There are somewhere around 250 hard-core runners who won't let a little rain get in their way. Most registered before race morning and had an investment in showing up, but 50 runners drove out to Hart Park knowing it was going to rain and signed up anyway. All of the buzz at packet pick up was whether or not it would snow race morning. The mood was more hope than fear. That's proof that you are all hard-core. Be proud of that and know that mud looks good on you. If you have photos from the run please email them so we can post here on the website. Email to [email protected]
